A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor to manage loan processing tasks remotely while adhering to company timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Process various loan programs, including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and changes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
Current experience with purchase loans
Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID
Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for various borrowers
