Role Summary

Are you passionate about building innovative, customer-facing applications? AccuSourceHR is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Innovation team. You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions using Python, PHP, Vue.js, and AI technologies, helping us disrupt the market and make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• D evelop and maintain web applications and APIs using PHP, Python, and Vue.js.
• E ngineer AWS-based solutions aligned with architecture and security standards.
• V isualize and support AI feature development in collaboration with senior engineers.
• E nsure code quality through testing, debugging, and reviews.
• L everage automation and write clean, maintainable code.
• O rganize documentation and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
• P rovide peer support and participate in team planning and growth.
