Your Responsibilities

  • Make Guests Feel Truly Welcome : Greet every guest with authenticity, warmth, and enthusiasm.
  • Guide the Guest Experience : Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating with calm, friendly efficiency.
  • Communicate with Ease : Answer phones, assist guests, and provide information with clarity and charm.
  • Be a Team Connector : Work closely with servers and management for smooth, coordinated service.
  • Create an Inviting Atmosphere : Keep the entryway and host stand tidy, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Dress to Impress : Our clients are elite, and our polished staff is as well.

  • A Naturally Outgoing Personality : Someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
  • Professional Presence : Polished, poised, and confident in an upscale environment.
  • Excellent Communicator : Friendly, articulate, and comfortable managing guest interactions.
  • Organized and Graceful Under Pressure : Able to juggle tasks while staying upbeat and composed.
  • Experience Preferred : Hosting or customer service experience in fine dining is a plus.
