Position Title : Capital Markets Associate

Salary Range : $365,000+

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a counsel or associate with 5+ years of capital markets experience .

Key Requirements / Responsibilities

Experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act.

Experience representing business development companies (BDCs) and other types of 1940 Act funds would be helpful.

Experience as a key member of deal teams, including responsibility of running key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing is ideal.

Large law firm experience preferred.
