Process Engineering Consultant (Process Engineer)

About the Role
We are looking for a Process Engineering Consultant to help drive observation‑based workflow optimization, process intelligence deployment, and workforce analytics initiatives. This role blends technical execution, analytical thinking, and cross‑functional leadership to improve operational efficiency at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Observe to Agent (O2A) Delivery
- Execute end‑to‑end O2A lifecycle activities (Observe → Optimize → Analyze → Run).
- Support configuration of Observe Assistant, activity tagging, and persona behavior modeling.
- Translate observed behavior into actionable agentic features in partnership with engineering teams.
Process Intelligence Execution
Deploy agents, configure data masking, and validate data capture.Ensure all implementations comply with governance and privacy standards.Operate and refine the SKAN Digital Twin to detect workflow inefficiencies and generate optimization insights.Produce structured process documentation (SOPs) for automation and downstream teams.Monitor continuous observation cycles and maintain audit and logging quality.Data Integration & Analysis
Partner with technical teams to enable advanced masking, clickstream analytics, LLM‑driven insights, and multi‑application analysis.Support validation of call‑time analytics, multitasking behavior patterns, and mainframe activity capture.Workforce & Productivity Analytics
Conduct observation deployments across multiple personas and applications.Build behavioral and task‑level insights to drive productivity improvements.Analyze task‑level behavior, cognitive load indicators, workflow patterns, and exceptions.Cross‑Functional Delivery Leadership
Track program milestones, validate data quality, remove roadblocks, and ensure on‑time delivery.Partner with business sponsors, product owners, data scientists, and operations SMEs to align strategy and execution.Required Qualifications
6+ years in process engineering, workforce analytics, task mining, automation, or equivalent experience (work, training, military, or education).Experience working with AI / ML or data‑driven engineering teams.Strong delivery and project management skills.Demonstrated experience in process engineering and transformation initiatives.Ability to run multi‑persona, multi‑application observation programs.Proven ability to translate observed tasks into SOPs or automation requirements.
