Job Description

As part of the Chassis Active Safety and Durability testing team, testing engineer will be responsible to manage testing and development activities as regards to Complete Vehicle Durability.

The role requires someone highly organized, objectively-focused, and with ability to manage their own daily routine.

• Coordinate and schedule in-cabin radar tests involving human subjects (newborn through adult), ensuring adherence to safety and ethical guidelines.
• Serve as primary point of contact with test participants; manage scheduling, communication, and check-in / out during test days.
• Support preparation of consent forms and maintain accurate participant records.
• Assist with test documentation, including data logging, note-taking, and compiling results into standardized test reports.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to align test plans, verify readiness of test equipment, and ensure test protocols are followed.
• Help track project milestones, maintain schedules, and communicate progress / status updates to the broader team.
• Support lab organization and administrative tasks as needed (participant coordination, report filing, scheduling of recurring tests).
