Job Details

Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly / alignment / testing of RF / Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub-assemblies to modules to system integration.

1-Generation of in-process test procedures / data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top-level system testing.

2-Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.

3-Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation :

• Parts / Material / Process program requirements.
• Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.

4-Generation of engineering required documentation :

5-Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates :

a.Tools (universal for RF / Microwave assemblies)

b.Test equipment (specific to each program)

c. Equipment rental / purchase.
