Position Overview :

MEMCO Pasadena is urgently seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher / Office Employee The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handle stressful situations calmly, and maintain strong communication skills with both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers, deliveries, or service calls efficiently
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Track and update schedules, routes, and job statuses
• Assist with general office duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Occasionally take phone calls after hours or on weekends as needed
