IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our North America IT operations.

This role is responsible for managing backbone networks, IT application systems, endpoint devices, and daily IT operations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to infrastructure optimization and business support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the IT team across North America, ensuring efficient operation of backbone networks, application systems, and endpoint devices.
• Plan, design, and implement the overall architecture of the company’s network infrastructure.
• Oversee the planning, design, and management of IT facilities to support business operations.
• Continuously improve and optimize network design based on evolving business requirements.
• Design and evaluate network architecture for deploying application systems in manufacturing environments.
• Execute OA network engineering, backbone network construction, maintenance, and renovation planning.
• Assess and establish robust information security protocols; manage ongoing security system maintenance.
• Analyze and resolve complex network and security issues to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration; manage and mentor the IT team.
