Surgical Technologist, OR Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-NBSTSA- CST(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References : 1 Reference in entire work history Certifications : CERT-NBSTSA- CST or NCCT. NRST is not accepted. 50-mile radius rule
