Production Designer

A company is looking for a Production Designer to support their Design Lead for a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, finalize, and package production-ready art files for print across multiple formats and channels

Partner closely with the Design Lead to prioritize weekly tasks and maintain brand consistency

Own production workflows from start to finish with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Production Design experience, specifically in CPG or food / beverage brands

Strong understanding of print production, packaging workflows, dielines, and color management

Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a Design Lead based in the Pacific time zone

Capable of meeting once weekly (PT) for planning, with flexible hours otherwise
