Play with Kids! (BT)

Help autistic children find their voice and discover your calling.

As a Behavior Technician (BT) you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

No experience required!  Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids.

Is empathy your superpower?  This might be the most important job you've ever heard of.

You'll be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work is so important.

What you'll do

  • Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
  • Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
  • Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

We have clients located throughout Ventura County, Thousand Oaks, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Ventura and Oxnard.
