Document Processor, Austin, TX

We are searching for a Document Processor to join the team and work on-site in Austin, Texas! The Document Processor is responsible for sending, receiving, and distributing advanced care planning ("ACP") documents on behalf of enrolled patients who are referred by independent primary care practices who partner with Aledade.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Send, receive, and distribute ACP documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Verify the ACP documentation is aligned with the patients' conversations, state requirements, and company policy
• Ensure paperwork is accurately completed, scanned, and distributed while working on document problems of moderate / high scope in the doc process
• Navigate all areas of ACP workflows to decipher where patients are in the ACP process and verify these workflows are accurately completed
• Troubleshoot issues with printer / scanner / postage meters / check mail daily
• Other duties as assigned
