Material Handler

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and logistics industry, is seeking Material Handlers to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Pay Range : $18.00 / hr.
• Shift :
• 4-12 : 30am
• What's the Job?
• Safely load and unload products within the distribution center using material handling equipment
• Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing items
• Build pallets, re-palletize products for shipment, and manage dock manifest duties
• Operate RF technology and WMS to ensure accurate inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following SOP and safety guidelines
• What's Needed?
• High School diploma, GED required
• 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift
• Experience with material handling equipment such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Counterbalance forklifts
• Ability to obtain forklift certification in accordance with company guidelines
• Good verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and work well with others
