Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to students to enhance their learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
• Create lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Provide individualized support for students with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Foster communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in preschool or daycare environments.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other child-centered teaching philosophies is a plus.
• Background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is essential.
• Experience in behavior management techniques and child welfare practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Knowledge of tutoring strategies and literacy education practices is beneficial.
• Previous experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.
