Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of school partners, driving outcomes, retention, and revenue expansion
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align delivery with school priorities and develop growth strategies
Promote a culture of leadership and learning by representing company values and contributing to team initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in education or client-facing roles involving account management or customer success
Comfort with data management, project management, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with district-level initiatives and education funding
Ability to forecast renewals and report on account health
