A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer based in East Asia to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Respond to all Level 1 & Level 2 support tickets within SLA and create internal tickets with development
Create knowledge base content and support weekend shift rotation as required
Required Qualifications :
Currently based and reside in East Asia
3+ years of Linux administration experience with various distributions
2+ years in a Technical Support position with experience in support ticketing systems
2+ years in Windows Server Administration and knowledge of Apache troubleshooting
Experience with AWS and Azure Administration
