What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Well-organized and a self-starter.
• Knowledge of an academic environment.
• Ability to contribute to the development of a cohesive work team.
• Previous relevant office experience performing detailed, complex operations and detecting and reconciling discrepancies in records and files.
• Ability to correctly apply, interpret and implement policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to develop and maintain rapport with students and co-workers.
• Proficient computer skills, use of a database system and Microsoft Office.
