A company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer to support the management and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, draft, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial agreements
Ensure contract work aligns with company policies and risk tolerance guidelines
Provide business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school
3-5 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Practical understanding of international public companies related to commercial agreements
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
