Key Responsibilities
Consults with hiring managers and business leaders on talent needs and opportunities
Analyzes data and trends to implement hiring plans that meet business demands
Enhances candidate experience and leads initial screening and assessment of candidates
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Previous experience in technical recruiting
Experience in full lifecycle recruitment including client management and candidate engagement
Familiarity with assessments and candidate selection is preferred
