Our client, a respected residential builder with 40+ years in the industry , is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support ground-up homes and major remodels across South Florida. Residential construction experience is required. High-end or luxury residential experience is a plus , not required.

What You’ll Do

Support daily operations for residential new builds and remodels

Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, inspections, and materials

Manage permitting , contract documents, RFIs, COs, and project paperwork

Help maintain budgets, logs, reports, and project files

Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and permitting offices

Support punch-out and project closeout

What You Bring

1+ year of experience in residential construction (required)

Strong understanding of construction administration , permitting, and contracts

Ability to manage documentation, project logs, and workflow

Experience supporting PMs or field teams for a residential GC

High-end or luxury home experience is a bonus

English required; Spanish / Portuguese a plus
