The main function of this critical Career Services role is to serve as a bridge between ASU Career Services and academic colleges in the development of career-focused programs and engagement for our diverse population of students. The primary focus is collaborating with the ASU community by building relationships internally and externally, leveraging technology tools, networking and understanding employer hiring practices. This work is accomplished through researching to understand the needs of students and developing programs or resources to meet those needs. Examples of program development include workshops, alumni panels, and classroom assignments. Creative solutions and innovative thinking are key to moving our work forward.
While the main focus of this role is not student-facing, some opportunities to work directly with students and alumni come through career programming, presentations, and workshops.
