1. UX Design Expertise : Lead the design and development of intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

2. HTML Prototyping : Create high-quality, interactive HTML prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, workflows, and functionality for stakeholder review and feedback.

3. Frontend Development : Develop responsive and accessible web interfaces using modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

4. Framework Proficiency : Strong experience with frontend frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js to build dynamic and scalable user interfaces.

5. Design Tools Expertise : Proficient in using design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

6. Accessibility Standards : Ensure all designs and implementations adhere to WCAG and ADA accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for all users.

7. Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs and prototypes.

8. Performance Optimization : Optimize frontend performance by implementing best practices in coding, asset management, and rendering techniques.

9. Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.

10. Mentorship and Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in user experience design.
