You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition from our Clinical services team to the retail team, delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation: Annual salary range of $35,000-$45,000, which includes a 2% commission on personal sales and a weekly bonus opportunity of $25.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Assist in all clinical services in conjunction with the PEG doctors, including Diagnostic Pre-Testing and Digital Refraction.
- Adhere to all training guidelines, clinical standards, and protocols set forth by the Physician Eyecare Group.
- Effectively communicate with supervising PEG physicians to provide optimal patient care.
- Enhance the patient experience by proactively seeking opportunities to assist.
- Ensure patient history and personal information is accurately recorded.
- Contribute to achieving clinical goals and metrics.
Operational Duties:
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience, collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
- Welcome patients and customers, addressing their needs to ensure a memorable experience and promoting available products and services.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, assisting in the resolution of patient complaints as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements and keep accurate patient records.
- Perform customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with diverse groups of individuals.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexible schedule as work hours align with business needs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite 365 is a plus.
- Prior optical experience is a benefit.
