Title : Software Test Analyst III

Location : Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

Note : This is a W2 contract role – C2C, 1099, & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered

As an IT Quality Assurance Analyst, this individual will serve as a Software Tester – ensuring system requirements are testable and accurately met, perform preliminary reviews of systems, assist with application vulnerability security scanning, and ensure the client and vendor partners deliver a quality tested solution to our agencies. This position is an advocate for adherence to internal PSPs, helping to ensure secure access, use, and storage of various data supporting business operations. In addition, this position works closely with business partners to uphold quality standards across our IT systems, web sites, web applications, mobile sites, and mobile applications.

Position Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 years of experience writing and executing manual test cases

A minimum of 5 years of experience with defect tracking and management

A minimum of 5 years of experience validating test results and tracking testing metrics

A minimum of 5 years of experience communicating test and defect activities with project teams and customers

A minimum of 2 years of experience testing ADA accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA)

A minimum of 2 years of experience reviewing and triaging vulnerability scan results

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field
