Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day shift, typically 6:30 AM-4:30 PM (hours may adjust based on operational needs)

What You'll Do

• Accurately transcribe pathology reports, medical correspondence, and related healthcare documents
• Apply advanced medical terminology knowledge to ensure precise and reliable transcription
• Transcribe audio dictations from multiple physicians with varying speech patterns and dialects
• Meet daily deadlines through strong time management and task prioritization
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify and confirm report details
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
• Utilize multiple medical reporting and transcription systems efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of medical transcription experience, specifically in pathology
