Join AXA Partners as the Head of Data and play a pivotal role in transforming our organization into a data-driven powerhouse. Lead the charge in defining our data strategy and empowering teams to leverage data for business success! What you'll be doing :
- Define and structure the local data strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the Local Data Committee and manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive data strategy.
- Deploy and maintain a comprehensive Data Management framework, ensuring compliance with security, legal, and data privacy standards.
- Oversee the extraction, modeling, and sharing of data assets to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Design, create, and maintain analytical solutions that meet business needs while adhering to established standards.
- Monitor and promote the business value delivered from data initiatives through effective documentation and communication.
- Identify and support the upskilling and training of local users on data practices.
- Manage and mentor a skilled team of Data Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What you'll bring :
Master's degree in Business Intelligence with a focus on Big Data.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production BI environment, with expertise in data warehousing and analytics projects in large-scale organizations.Proven track record of managing multi-skilled data teams and coordinating stakeholders across various backgrounds.Strong analytical skills, with fluency in core analytics tools and techniques.Excellent project and people management skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable initiatives.A customer-centric mindset, complemented by strong organizational and communication abilities.Experience in Agile methodologies and working within multicultural environments.Fluency in Spanish is a plus; experience in the insurance or banking sector is also advantageous.What we offer :
