Account Executive – Sales, Central Illinois Region (Peoria-Based)

You'll be the person who knows everyone-from chamber mixers to ribbon cuttings-and the one they call when they need help navigating the people side of business.

What You'll Do

• Grow your territory : Prospect, develop, and close new memberships across Central Illinois using a consultative, value-based sales approach.
• Engage existing members : Strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities within your assigned book of business.
• Lead local visibility : Represent AAIM at community events, ribbon cuttings, chamber meetings, and professional associations-building trust and visibility through authentic engagement.
• Collaborate for success : Partner with internal subject-matter experts to deliver complete HR and training solutions.
• Drive results : Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, meet revenue goals, and celebrate wins that make an impact on local employers.

What You'll Bring

This is a full-time exempt role (Mon. thru Fri., 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility). Expect about 10 to 20% travel across Central IL and St. Louis, MO - because the best connections still happen face-to-face.

Pay Range : $75,000 to $115,000 (OTE Base plus Commission)
