Title : Oracle SCM Project Manager

Location : Branford CT (Onsite)

Full time Permanent Role

The Oracle Cloud SaaS Project Manager to deliver Oracle Cloud SCM projects that address clients' business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore / offshore members.

Your role

  • Lead cross-functional and cross-technology solution design discussions
  • Review and / or develop integration strategy documents and technical specifications to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall ERP solution
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM as well as Finance, HCM & EPM.
  • Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams to ensure configuration and development activities meet the solution requirements
  • Offer implementation options for new system features that enable strategic business capabilities
  • Use technology as a key competitive advantage by evaluating and implementing technical innovations
  • Define solution footprint for prospects, either as part of proposal response or on-site discovery or other working sessions
  • Work with project managers to ensure accurate scoping for timely project delivery - estimate time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to efficiently implement project; develop project plans incorporating all project variables including risk.
  • Act as a mentor to Leads and Analysts
  • Contribute to Capgemini's Oracle Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc.

  • Ability to deliver Oracle Cloud Project >

    • $M as Project Manager with multiple tracks.

  • yrs of working in Oracle implementation, EBS + Cloud
  • Should have delivered at least Oracle Cloud projects in Project Manager Capacity >

    • $M in fees.

  • Scrum methodology for build phase and Oracle AIM / OUM documentation standards.
