Job Description:
We are hiring CNAs and Home Health Aides to work in our clients’ homes in the Plano/Allen areas, and we will keep your assignments close to you! Your starting pay will be based on your experience and client requirements.

Qualifications :
Current CNA certification.
At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Current CPR as required by client facility; other health and screening tests as required by specific facilities and/or regulatory agencies.
Responsibilities:
Follows the client's plan of care as assigned.
Delivers personal care services to clients as assigned.
Help with mobility and transferring clients safely from bed to chair, etc.
Monitor client vitals, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Administer medications as prescribed and assist with medication reminders.
Provide companionship and engage in recreational activities with clients.
Report any changes in the client’s condition to the healthcare team or family.
Maintain accurate records of care provided.
Complies with CareBuilders at Home policies/procedures.
Maintains confidentiality in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Communicates information effectively to appropriate personnel.
