Role Description :
Pinnacle Showroom Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Executive for our Chicago, IL location. This full-time, hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work after 6 months. The Regional Account Executive will be responsible to travel and managing existing accounts, expanding the client base, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive, driven individual who can thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel monthly to meet clients across the territory. The ideal candidate will be local to Chicago.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and secure new accounts to expand the showroom's client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Travel monthly to meet with clients, attend tradeshows, and represent the showroom at key industry events.
- Collaborate with the team to maximize brand exposure and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, the showroom's product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications :
Background in fashion wholesale or a related field is preferred.Proven experience in account management, sales, and customer service.Strong ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.In-depth knowledge of the fashion or apparel industry is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.Strong business acumen and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.Must be willing to travel for tradeshows and client meetings.Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Must be local to the Chicago, IL area.Compensation :
