Job Title : CNC Laser Operator
Job Description
The Laser Operator in manufacturing plays a crucial role in the production process, utilizing precision laser cutting machinery to fabricate parts and components according to specifications. This position requires technical expertise in operating a Mazak Fiber Optic & C02 Laser and maintaining laser cutting equipment, along with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in finished products.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC Laser machines.
- Program CNC Laser for specific cutting tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.
- Calibrate laser machines and load materials as per job requirements.
- Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for defects.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and conduct routine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
