Wireless Sales Representative (Bilingual) Core Functions

Actively engage with potential customers to understand their telecommunications needs and recommend the best AT&T products and services.

Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base, expanding our reach and impact in the community.

Collaborate with the sales team, including fellow Bilingual Sales Associate, to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and company goals.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to provide informed recommendations.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.
