Responsibilities :
- Manage daily calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with efficiency.
- Handle expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry to maintain organized records.
- Answer inbound calls and provide attentive receptionist support.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support team operations and goals.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation for office processes and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage calendars and coordinate schedules effectively.
- Experience handling expense reports and travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in office software and data entry systems.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
