Position Summary : The Drywall Project Manager will project manage work while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. The PM will manage the project from hand-off

to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including the management of personnel on projects
• Attend on site project meetings with clients as required
• Process RFIs, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required forms
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the job
• Make certain work is being built in accordance with contract documents
• Ensure material coordination and correctness with Supers and others
• Implement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costs
• Oversee / manage material, equipment, contracts, and budgets
• Maintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locations
• Continuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product lines
• Ensure all are committed to safety and quality
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costs
