Pay Ranges : $105,000 - $120,000

New hires for this position fall within this range and are anticipated to have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience for the position. Position Summary :

The Global Customs Compliance Leader will oversee customs and trade compliance across all regions (Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific) and business units, including Packaging & Graphics, Color Materials, and Advanced Materials. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a harmonized global customs compliance program that ensures legal adherence, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment.
