FQA Inspector

Hourly Salary Range: $24.00-$24.50/hr

Work Schedule: Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM)

*There will be a written electronic theory test as part of the interview process which will take approximately 20 mins.

1. IPC-610 rev H

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PCBA inspection (defect detection) of SMT, TH & Mech. Parts.
• Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions, product documentation, and deviation implementation.
• Responsible for First Article inspection process.
• Responsible for PCBA inspection.
• Responsible for scanning into the DGS system.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years’ experience in Quality Assurance Control/Inspection process (PCBA and through hole components).
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, magnifier lamp, microscopes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
• Organizational skills and attention details.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
