Accreditation Specialist

A company is looking for an Accreditation Specialist responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal partners to collect data and develop compliance documents for accreditation surveys

Monitor compliance documents to ensure adherence to NCQA standards and maintain up-to-date records

Educate staff on accreditation standards and coordinate accreditation surveys as the main point of contact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in a managed care environment, or 6 years of relevant work experience

2 years of accreditation experience, including managing survey / review processes

In-depth knowledge of NCQA standards and accreditation processes

Experience in health care regulatory processes and compliance monitoring

Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite products
