About the Internship Program

Cloudflares Internship Program places curious and high-achieving students onto our teams to work on real-world projects. This is a 12-week full-time spring internship based in our Lisbon office. You will have the opportunity to make a direct impact learn from industry experts and contribute to our mission all while being a key part of our vibrant and collaborative culture. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition event management and employer branding at a high-growth global tech company.

What would you do

As the Early Talent Programs Intern you will be a vital member of the University & Early Talent team. You will take ownership of our Life @ Cloudflare brand. Your goal is to ship a comprehensive library of content by the end of your internship to be used for our long-term branding efforts. This includes :

• Developing a content plan focused on digital storytelling for LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.
• Creating and curating engaging content (videos photos employee spotlights) that showcases our employees and what it is truly like to work at Cloudflare.
• Helping to grow our online presence to connect with our potential audiences.

You will also be a key partner in coordinating our early talent events. You will :
