What You'll Do :

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality mental health services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, including psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Work closely with clients to achieve their goals and promote recovery.

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) preferred, or a bachelor's degree in an approved human services field with relevant experience.
  • Valid QMHP-CS credential.
  • Demonstrated competency in providing community-based mental health services.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to client-centered care.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
