Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you won’t just design; you’ll shape the future of learning, transforming complex information into engaging, accessible, and visually stunning content that empowers operational teams. Your creativity will directly influence efficiency, compliance, and overall success, driving innovation in how critical knowledge is shared and understood across a vast network.

Responsibilities

• Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for diverse digital and print materials, including educational content (eLearning modules, presentations), websites, email campaigns, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
• Deliver brand guidelines and digital media assets, encompassing photos, graphics, and filmed / animated videos.
• Develop and refine processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
• Source and cultivate new story ideas, transforming them into engaging products for internal audiences.
• Manage the creative process end-to-end, from initial pitch and scriptwriting to budgeting, editing, music integration, and final cut.
• Continuously innovate and produce visually stunning content that captivates audiences and elevates storytelling standards.
• Stay abreast of the latest design and video trends, consistently enhancing content quality and impact.
