Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer  to join a dynamic team driving enterprise-level digital transformation. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about building scalable, cloud-native applications.

As a key contributor, you’ll design and develop microservices and front-end interfaces using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that directly impacts customer experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.
  • Build and maintain microservices and serverless functions, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
  • Automate manual processes and CI / CD pipelines to support continuous delivery and reduce operational overhead.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to clarify requirements and deliver high-value features.
  • Contribute to agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Continuously improve code quality, test coverage, and system observability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices across the team.

    • Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript frameworks (preferably React).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, S3, ECS, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design , design patterns , and test-driven development .
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
  • Familiarity with databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools such as Docker, Helm, Terraform, and Git.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is a plus.
  • Experience with Kafka, ELK stack, and serverless architecture is highly desirable.
