Looking for hands-on litigation experience without losing ownership of your cases ? A small, dynamic personal injury firm in Metro Pittsburgh is seeking a Plaintiff's Attorney to manage cases from intake through settlement or trial.

You'll :

Evaluate cases, investigate facts, and set strategy

Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep

Coordinate with staff, experts, and investigators

Communicate clearly with clients and support business development

Requirements : JD + PA Bar (active, good standing). Strong organization, communication, and case management skills.
