Essential functions

• Data Preparation & Validation : Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Reporting & Visualization : Support the creation of reports and visualizations that effectively communicate insights to internal teams and clients.
• Analytical Development : Learn and apply foundational statistical and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and drivers of business outcomes.
• Client & Team Collaboration : Participate in discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand business challenges and contribute to data-informed solutions.
• Data Architecture Support : Help maintain and enhance data models and architecture that support analytics and reporting needs within Employee Benefits.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to learning new tools and approaches that improve processes and outcomes.
