Service Advisor Assistant – Entry-Level – $15 / hr – No Weekends

Location : Albuquerque, NM

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay : $15 / hour (Hourly)

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring a Service Advisor Assistant for a top-rated, family-oriented automotive repair shop in Albuquerque, NM .

This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for someone with basic automotive knowledge and strong people skills looking to grow in the industry. You'll work closely with the Service Advisor and techs to support daily workflow — no weekends, no late nights, and a genuinely supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Service Advisor with customer communication and daily shop operations

Help build repair estimates and source parts

Greet customers, answer phones, and maintain a professional front-office presence

Organize and maintain a clean and efficient office environment

Help coordinate service scheduling and track repair progress

Perform light clerical tasks and assist with filing, invoicing, and system updates

Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience

Requirements

Basic automotive knowledge or prior exposure to a service shop

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a strong plus

Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Eager to learn and grow within the automotive field

Compensation & Benefits

$15 / hour (Hourly Pay)
