At Jacobs , we’re transforming communities through innovative infrastructure solutions. As a Program Manager – Roads & Utilities , you’ll lead complex programs that shape transportation networks and utility systems, ensuring safe, sustainable, and efficient infrastructure for generations to come.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of roadway and utility infrastructure programs—from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Highway Design & Construction : Oversee roadway geometry, pavement design, drainage systems, and traffic control plans. Ensure compliance with FDOT and municipal standards during design and construction phases.
• Utilities Integration : Coordinate water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems within roadway projects. Work with utility providers to manage relocations and minimize service disruptions.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify and resolve design, construction, and utility conflicts proactively.
• Mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Posted Salary Range : Minimum 180,000.00 Posted Salary Range : Upper 235,500.00

The base salary range for this position is $180,000.00 to $235,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
