Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Production Director on behalf of an innovative, fast-growing creative agency headquartered in Miami, FL . This is a direct hire, full-time with remote flexibility.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Production Director will lead the development and execution of high-impact video and photo content that drives measurable brand growth across digital platforms. This senior, hands-on leader will oversee end-to-end production, mentor a creative team, and elevate visual storytelling for a diverse portfolio of e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creative vision, operational excellence, and data-driven results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead full-cycle video and photo production — from concept and pre-production through final delivery.
  • Direct talent, lighting, and camera setup to produce visually compelling and brand-aligned creative assets.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a small but growing production team to achieve creative excellence.
  • Partner cross-functionally with growth strategists, media buyers, and executives to align creative with performance metrics.
  • Present confidently in client meetings, including those with high-profile or celebrity partners, maintaining professionalism and creative authority.
  • Integrate emerging cultural and visual trends to keep campaigns relevant and industry-leading.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in a creative agency, production house, or content studio leading branded campaigns for digital and social platforms.
  • Hands-on experience directing shoots, managing creative crews, and ensuring seamless execution from concept to post-production.
  • Strong grasp of paid social and performance creative — knows what converts on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Skilled at collaborating with account, strategy, and media teams to translate insights into high-performing visual campaigns.
  • Confident communicator who excels in client-facing roles , pitches, and creative presentations.
  • Passion for storytelling, trendspotting, and pushing creative boundaries in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

    • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

    This is a direct hire position offering a salary range of $135,000–$150,000 annually , plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for creative leadership growth.
