Auto Body Estimator

Serpentini Collision center is looking for an experienced auto body estimator to join our team. We are a growing and very busy shop that serviced multiple DRP's and our Strongsville dealership. We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, the ability to write an accurate estimate, and the ability to multi-task. Experience with CCC required. We work with multiple DRP's including Geico, Progressive, State Farm, and Nationwide. Minimum 2 years+ body shop required, and we are willing to train. Pay is based on experience. Essential duties are as follows:

Promote a positive relationship with all body shop customers and staff.

Writing an accurate estimate in either CCC or Mitchell.

Scheduling customers and accurately keeping all customers updated on the status of their repairs.
