Are you a compassionate, reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for rewarding work close to home? Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced per diem Live-In HHAs to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Port Chester and surrounding Westchester areas.

About the Role

As a live-in caregiver, you’ll make a real difference by assisting clients with :

Personal care and hygiene

Medication reminders

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping tasks

Companionship and emotional support

A private sleeping area is provided in the client’s home for your comfort.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience

Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate

Authorization to work in the U.S.

Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Physical exam within the past year

PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)

MMR immunizations within the last 10 years
