Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Therapist, located in Fort Wayne, IN. The Therapist is responsible for providing therapy services to clients, assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. They will also maintain accurate client records and ensure services are provided in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Therapist in the state of Indiana or eligible for licensure preferred
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities relevant to client populations (preferred)
